About Chef Rae

Born in Manila to a family of culinarians, Chef Rae honed his skills abroad with some of the major hotels in the world including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and The Fairmont Hotel. He has gone from rank and file to the executive rank leading his own kitchen in Manila and has gone on to guesting in morning talk shows and teaching in CCA and AICA, two of the Philippines' premier schools for culinary arts for a brief period.
